What do cold showers have to do with NoFap ?

I think they send blood to your vital organs like your heart, brain etc and so may be you won't erections for some time.

 

Please, do fucking cold showers. It will change your life just like nofap.

 

People hundreds of years ago believed opening the pores with hot water to be bad, just like they believed nofap to be the right thing while our society accepts it. I decided to try it, and it's legit a lifechanger. You have way more energy and you don't get pimples on your body and your senses are heightened plus it teaches self control which will help greatly with nofap, if I was having hot/warm showers I would of relapsed by now.

 

Did my first cold shower today, it completely destroyed my sexual urges and i felt so accomplished for doing it. Go for it

 

My longest streaks were when I was consistently taking cold showers. When you hop out the shower it feels as if anything is possible. Builds mental toughness and discipline.

 

This. I also view hot and warm showers as a crack fix much like nofap, I not only believe it's bad for you physically but mentally. In my view it is far different from a room temperature bath or a cold shower.
