What do you do in your free time?

    It's summer time... I am really bored... So any recommendations? Thank you in advance

    Some of the things that I do with my free time:
    - I learn electric guitar and play music.
    - I also listen to different genres of music in my free time, get to know new bands and songs and extend my musical knowledge.
    - I go out with my dog
    - I go out with friends outside
    - Workout at the gym and exercise, and swim in the pool.
    - I also learn driving now.

    I try to be productive but it doesn't always work out, so I end up surfing the net or exercising.

    -Gym

    -Check out new places in my area or go to spots I hadn’t been to in awhile. Last week I went to the Chabot Obsveratory in the Oakland Hills and yesterday I went to the USS Hornet at Alameda. Hadn’t been to those places in awhile.

    -Travel!!! Today I’m in Seattle for the day and spent too much money LOL! But enjoyed the great view along Puget Sound and finally made it to Pike’s Market.

    Lots better than hiding in my house porning which I confess I slipped into on Monday.

    I usually do Exorcism in the early afternoon after work. Otherwise I just try to find something I’m interested in and practice that.

    Wow, i envy you. Besides, someone said that:"We are meant to be happy"... So it's ok( well i am not encouraging though) to relapse once in a while, because that's how we get gratification( but i doubt it makes us happy).and it's better to replace the bad habit with the good one. So yeah i should follow ur advice and go some new places. Anyway, have a nice trip!

    Thank you... I always consider to follow a religion( in my country its Buddhism)... After all most religions teach us how to beahve well. I even once wished that i had been religious so that M is considered a sin( but of course its not^^... Just curious why the heck natural selection didnt eliminate it because it benefits not much to our human being except wasting our time)... Anyway, have a good day...

    Practice piano, practice electric guitar, work on my handwriting, write my books, interact with my cat, interact with my family, exercise, study different workout regimes, play videogames (not too much), read, play chess, play puzzle games, talk to folks on here, research topics, watch YouTube, etc...

    I have a lot of free time.

    Yeah i cant agree more, especially talk to folks on Nofap, i feels more interactive and understanding than on FB... I find many great guys on here... Let's fight this battle together...

    Exorcism is a religious practice, in a way. It’s a way of expelling demons. I just didn’t mean to say that I practice such tactics on my free time, although it’d be quite the hobby.

    But yes, religious practice is good to do also if you’re into those types of activities.
