Click it and see for yourself. It gives you the option of choosing emergency, depression, rejection, or relapsed and after you select one it gives you a random inspirational image, YouTube link, or Reddit post to help with what you chose. Sometimes you have to cycle through a few to get one worthwhile. The images don't usually do a lot for me but I've found the reddit stories it has are usually good.

    For emergencies I highly recommend this mp3: http://depts.washington.edu/abrc/mbrp/recordings/Urge Surfing.mp3

I use K9 internet filtering software and have had to filter youtube/reddit to avoid temptation - so for me the panic button is ironically blocked lol

Could you tell me more about that filter of yours

  5. I'll butt in an answer, since I use K9 as well. It's a web filter app for home computers. Just search for "Blue Coat K9" and you'll see it. It's free, and you can set it to block general categories, specific websites, or even particular key words found in url's. It's a pretty good deterrent, or at least it helps me not get accidentally exposed to some of the worst stuff. One thing cool about it is that it works behind the scenes at the network level so it applies to all your browsers, i.e. you can't circumvent it by changing browsers.
