    I ended binging on porn and masturbation for 45 days! I'm wore out. I back educating myself on my brain on porn. Any good ideas for releasing dopamine other than porn?

    Video games are not the healthiest ways. Try to spend less time on internet or tv or playing video games. Stay busy and use a blocker if porn's too easily accessible.

    I find fitness workouts and socializing with friends the best combat against urges. After you've lifted something heavy, run yourself tired, and had a few laughs with friends, to where when you are alone, you just want sleep, urges are so much easier to manage.

    Fill the void in free time with something that is active.
