What happens when you relapse after a long time of NoFap?

Hey everyone, I would like to understand what is happening after a relapse.

I had a 18 days streak ago and relapsed two times in a short time. I know that I start from day 0 again. But there is something I did not understand completely. It would be great if you can help me with this. I actually am back on track and doing it on hard mode to have the best results.

I heard about the different stages with its properties during the NoFap journey like the following:

• Ignorance
• Excitement
• Blue Balls
• Flatline
• Reincarnation
• Settling down

I know about the testosterone peak around the first week and possible differences in mood during the stages.

What is also normal I think is that most of us relapse a few times (more or less) until they reach 90 days or stop counting.

Especially during reincarnation phase your brain is healing and activating dopamine receptors again. You also enter and consolidate new paths.
But what happens when you relapse after lets say 60 or more than 90 days?

I know that testosterone is low again and starting to increase again, so the excitement is strong in the first days. But do you still need to go through these stages in the same way? What happens when you watch porn lets say two or three times and then quit again. You are not that addicted anymore but just had a short period of relapsing.
Would it be easier to get back on track? Do you still have this flatline period, even if you are not that addicted anymore?

And what happens when you just quit PM but still have sex? Your testosterone level is different, but do you still go through all of these stages? And what happens when you relapse after 60 or 90 days?

Hope you can help me with this question
