    Greetings fellow fapstronauts,
It really feels awesome. Few really important things I learnt about in my 15 days of rebooting-
    • Self discipline is the key.
    • Be alert, watch your thoughts all the time. For each and every thought, you have to remind yourself that you're not gonna give in. You won't let these thoughts take control over you.
    • The time you're not feeling the urge, is the best time to prepare yourself for the time when urges arise. Keep reminding yourself why you started. Keep noticing the changes.
    • Leave your bed as early as possible and go for a walk. When you're out for a walk, don't just walk. RUN.
I made a goal to leave the bed before sunrise, without an alarm. For a few days I wake up before the alarm. This is awesome. You guys are awesome. Any tips and advice are welcome.

Congrats on making past two weeks and thanks for sharing your observations! Good advice!

I'd like to add something- Its best to plan the day ahead and work out that plan, so you don't waste time. Laziness is a big trigger for me!

Good luck for your journey man! Cheers!

Absolutely correct. Laziness is what we should avoid. Great advice. Cheers!

  6. I have decided to no PMO to make better use of my time. The time with porn videos is pointless.
When I get wrong thoughts, I go into nature and do sports.
I'm only at day 8 and my goal is 30 days no PMO. Then we'll see.

When you get to Day 30 what are your plans?

  8. :)
I want to be successful 30 days. Until then, I have many privations before me. You know, there are simply days and there are difficult days.
Right now I want to focus on Day 9.
I would be motivated step by step for new goals.

It does feels amazing, I feel like a different person although negative feelings does kick in due to the lack of dopamine production. But this is the real me, I should learn to feel positive and great without the fake dopamine high that I get from PMO. Then subsequently, learn to appreciate when you get true dopamine high.
