What if I got a gf 100+ days into no porn/fap?

I started this NoFap and stopped watching/looking at porn and fapping. I went thru deep wet dreams, days where it would physically hurt and emotionally be tormenting to not masturbate but thankfully, to you guys, Reddit and other articles and videos, I made it thru to about 100+ days and then I met a girl and we have been having sex like once or twice a week now. At times I try to get her on board with this no NoFap thing but then felt that I am denying her a good time. We made love, had freaky deaky sex and at times I came after trying her out and she begged me to come and times I came like 2 minutes into having sex with her. Now I am wondering to get the full benefits off holding my sex energy (as described by some posts here and in books like Think and grow rich), should we stop having sex, or stop having freaky sex or turn to Tantric deep love/spiritual sex (we tried this once and it was good)? What do you recommend we or I do? I also all of a sudden after having sex with her like last night get this great urge to look at porn and fap again and I am sitting here and just wishing that I can control this urge, what is happening here, is my mind relapsed just because we had sex? Anyone with any advice will be really really really appreciative. Thank you
