    Today I realised something. 06/02/2021
As I said I want nofap to be a lifestyle for me I and I mean it. Its been 5 months since my reboot and recovery. And I am sure I am healed and I am thanking the God for that. Unfortunately The last 5 motns I get to this dilemma. Do nofap or not no continue nofap
But at first let's break down what is nofap for me
For me is a powerful tool which can help you develop and improve yourself like you have never before. And I still want to improve my self so I will always have nofap In my life
Is not just the 90 days recovery, after that what happenes no one talk about it right? for me after my recovery I am the same person as i will be if mo or not because this not the point of nofap
the point is to improve yourself and you can do it anytime you want don't wait 30 60 90 days to start feeling good, start feeling good now cause you can
but you have an addiction and you will fight or you overcome the addiction and you are far away from this thing nofap doesn't give you superpowers you do
you are the one you made the change not nofap you for god shake you were struggling you were suffering but at the end made it
do not wait nofap to change your life if you not willing to do it. And the confince is yours not NoFap’s. So I am talking to the ones who are end with their recovery what are you waiting for don't over thinking what to do next with nofap think what next to do with yourself to improve it
What to do to live better. And what about nofap it's a lifestyle for us, for others is a religion and they are always strong, but it doesn't matter in which side you are, what matters is to realise what you have created and what you have achieve with your willingness power.
And what i mean with lifestyle is you are in nofap but you are not doing it to recover and stay away from mo you doing it because you love it because you want it in your life in every way and is your choice how far can you go and when to stop
But warning it does not mean that you are okay to be back to your old habits no but you are ready for the downhill
Please do not hesitate to leave a comment here and write your opinion thanks

Praise God for your successful recovery, stylis162! I pray that He helps you to continue to walk the narrow path.

Great points, I think it is important to remember that each person fought their battle and the victories are theirs, not NoFaps. It is easy to use a site to change yourself and then feel lost once your goal is reached.

I just joined NoFap about 10 min ago so I'm new here. I have been sober from PMO for a little over 90 days now. Prior to that, I had been sober for almost a year before relapsing for several months.

The point I wanted to make is I think if people find freedom from sexual addiction on this site, they should stay and remember it is here. You never know when you are going to relapse. We must stay aware and prepared for battle.

There have been studies that show your brain is not full recovered from sexual and porn addiction until around 2 to 5 years of sobriety. Even though I feel I am through the storm, and experience very little to no urges on most days, I still feel the need to watch myself closely and at least keep the resources to cope with urges at arms length.
