The period just after relapse for me is not very productive. I would like to know what you all guys do after your relapses. I will appreciate your comment!
Meditating, keeping myself busy with school work or playing some games. I just make sure I don't have any triggers which can lead to relapse again.
Write down how you came to the decision to relapse. What happend the days before, what did you think & feel. Go into the details, relive the moment and write it all down on a piece of paper. If you truly confront yourself with every act, thought, emotions (good & bad), motives and etc, you get a better view of what kind of impact it has on your mental & body state.
