What to do after NoFap?

I dont know bro, I am not yet healed. But certainly sex is better than orgasm,
I read a study where it said, after sex prolactin is released 400 % times more than when you orgasm through fapping,
prolactin is the opposite of dopamine, so when you orgasm by sex, you give enough time for your receptors to heal and the damage is not that much, however when you orgasm by fap, prolactin is not released that much and the damage is more since we dont give enough time for recpetors to heal and go back to same baseline levels of before orgasm.

 

You do everything you can to live a normal life, no more PMO. We all get a chance to start over now that you are wiser you should be aiming to meet girls IRL so that you are forced to interact. This will boost social skills and confidence so now you have no reason to ever fap off again. Soon it will become natural.

I went out to a party yesterday, at the bus stop this girl started randomly making conversation with me. And then at the party people randomly started talking to me and girls seemed to pay more attention. I didn't do anything though because of anxiety and the fact that I'm trying to hit that 90 day mark first.

What I'm trying to say is there are countless opportunities out there to meet people become a social butterfly. From my point of view there is no limit to sex better than doing PMO.
