What would be classed as an addiction?

I PMO once a week on a Sunday night which is something I want to get down to zero times a week. What falls into the category of being ‘addicted’. I used to Pmo at least 2 times a day every day but since I started nofap 2 years ago I normally go a week or sometimes longer without pmo. I just seem to have one once a week now which is totally under control. But like I said I want to get down to zero times per week.

I think my little D not working is down to performance anxiety. Anyone got any tips on how to overcome that?
