    Iam trying to quit porn and masturbation since 2014 and i just can´t do it. I was reading about it and the first step is to recognize the reward i want doing this. I would like know what is your reward because i am having difficulties to find mine.

    Quick dopamine fix, killing some time... and that's it. The downside? Brain fog, feeling of shame, grogginess. I know it all, yet I struggle to pull off consistently long streaks. It's insane.
