What's your opinion on this guys?

Check it out on the Logan paul podcast, I was just going through clips on YouTube. The first 20 seconds saying he doesn't fap, he mentally occupied by life this correlates with when you stop fapping you get your mind right so you can focus and achieve things regardless of who the person is. I see nofap as a tool a key to unlocking things, go get it peace.
