When do withdrawals start

I started my current streak 8 days ago I previously had a 18 month hardmode streak before edging and masterbating without porn for 8 months. I had a boost in clarity my first few days now i feel more foggy. I’m wondering if my withdrawals will be less severe this time around and recovery will be quicker since the 18 months was me recovering from porn as well and many many years of using.

I’m wondering if your recovering from something less severe if the withdrawals are less severe as well? And how long after your streak starts do withdrawals start? I feel fine besides my foggy brain but ive always had that when I had PMO in my life its just that I lost my initial boost which makes me wonder if im back in withdrawals now.
