When the benefits will come ?

    Hi I'm at day 0… when do benefits come ? and do nofap will destroy social anxiety ?

    There are no benefits that will come at any certain points. You benefit yourself by changing yourself. So don't set up any high expectations because you will only set them too high and fail.

    What will happen is the following:

    - First few days are easy.
    - After the first few days you will probably relapse because the cravings and urges will get stupidly high.
    - You can then decide to keep trying or give up.
    - If you decide to continue your challenge then expect a slow gradual growth of your true self, you will have to change a lot.
    - Don't bullshit yourself, hard mode is the only way to go but don't beat yourself up either if you relapse, just don't relapse 5 times in 1 day, its okay to tap once a week/month/6 months. Just don't do it 5 times in a row afterwards.

    Stuff that might happen/'benefits' (in reality its realizations):

    -Flat line: probably will happen to you after 30-40 days or maybe more, you will stop having erections for a few weeks, its the best thing ever.
    - Chick magnet: secure your semen and you'll start to notice that women have always noticed you, you just didn't notice them.
    - Lowering acne and face scars: Has no actual relation to Nofap.


    Things you gotta do:

    - Change your daily routines.
    - Train more, workout more.
    - Go out more. Even by yourself.
    - Make connections, physical connections.
    - Find some structure/rules settings to form your new you.


    good luck dude, this challenge sucks you will reach a lot of breaking points but i promise you, its worth it. Its god damn fucking worth it.

    Eat healthy, go to the gym or play sports,meditate, & cold showers .
    Hobbies are superb if you have any . The Truth .

    Thanks man I am on day 1 and I have little urge but it's nothing but the hardest moment is the night in the night I'm like a Werewolf I have really strong urges and my record is 24 days. I have benefits like les anxiety more confidence but some flatline too… and in the day 24 I read an ridiculous article that says that masturbation are extreme benefits but it was fake and I fall into it. But now I trust nofap !

    What article did you read? i've read published articles (in print) that demonstrate benefits of abstaining from masturbation in testosterone levels for a short period of time example (this for http://www.jurology.com/article/S0022-5347(05)64774-X/abstract but it doesn't look into porn usage/no porn usage), please share what you read, critiquing is important, we can't take things at face value.
