Where are the nofap benefits?

Hey all! A 19-year old fapastronaut here. I have been doing nofap for over 2 years and been on this journey for quite a while for my age.

First year i had many benefits and I was sooo happy and energetic all the time. But now the situation is diferent. Offcorse I have relapsed and stuff in this time. But I have noticed that now when i go a long time without PMO i dont get beneftis so much anymore

I used to have crazy energy, motivation and confidence. But now i feel kinda depressed, lonely and im really anxious. I have never probably been this anxious than im now. Its really frustrating because I everyday do self improvement and always try to better myself. And im succeeding in a way but my confidence is an all time low. And I know this might be a flatline but this has been going on for super long and im gettong really frustared and sad. Also i dont have any libido and just really intorverted now.

Hope some of you have some ideas that what i should try to do to make this anxiety and lack of confidence stop
