There are lots of different platforms and websites that provide online therapy, but do you know or recommend any specific therapist that is familiar with nofap and can help me with it?

    Thanks

I recommend Pinnacle of Man- i have not yet attended his online therapy groups, but his videos are extremely helpful

Is there a particular therapist that you recommend? I don't want to do group therapy really.

I can recommend the one I see or the one my husband sees, but I believe any of them would be really good. I will tell you that one of the very first things they will advise is for you to start attending a group as well as counseling. Group meetings have been just as helpful in my husbands recovery as the individual therapy.

I have attended group therapy before, It really isn't what I need right now. which is focused and intensive personal care and coaching.

They usually ask you do it in conjunction. I’m not sure why

I'm not a huge believer in therapists because I haven't found any help from them for this problem. I've attended to a couple of private consultations, but my experience hasn't been very positive.

The first guy was only interested in scheduling some sessions, I didn't feel any kind of interest in my problem, so I guessed he was thinking about money.

The second one told me that he didn't see any problem with my porn use, so I guessed he was just another porn consumer who didn't have any interest in getting out it.

The ones that have helped me the most are two guys, but this was online and they were not therapists:
    1. Mark Queppet
    2. Gonzalo Salinas (For Spanish speakers).
I haven't been directly on coaching sessions with them because they're serivces are a bit too expensive for me right now, but I've bought other services that have helped me tons:

1- The reforged man course by Mark Queppett
2- The book "Rompiendo las cadenas del porno" by Gonzalo Salinas.

Another resource that helped me was a book called "The porn trap" by Wendy and Larry Maltz.

I know my answer about therapists isn't very helpful, but I'm sure the other resources may help you.

    Best of luck!
