And then in here, nofappers here suggest dont watch movies which have sex scene. At least, movies have a decency to develop 2 characters relationship and chemistry to show them having sex in the movie. Watch movie sex scene because it has meaning to it. Watch them with the film and not just fast forward to sex scenes. Porn teaches us the ugly side of sex, of sex not something as a true love, but sex as a tool to disgrace, dominate and humiliate the other person. Next time, you'll end up relapsing, just watch the porn clip from start and see how the porn starts approach each other to have sex with each other, i'm sure you'll find it massively fake, annoying and not sexually arousing.
