Hey bro! That's a lot of pressure to put on yourself at 14 ! I mean damn, at that age masturbation is very normal and approved behavior. If you believe otherwise then I think you have been indoctrinated. Porn consumption is definitely not for teenagers though! That's what I think. So on one hand you're mixing healthy age appropriate natural sexuality with unhealthy inappropriate unnatural sexuality. But also remember not to be too hard on yourself. I think at 14 you need to be allowed to masturbate as much as you want, especially if you aren't using porn. Why are you calling yourself addicted? Is it because of some culture that made you think you have an addiction, or do you feel in yourself the actual mechanisms of addiction at work?

 

I think that using artifical intelligence to force you is not addressing the underlying problems, as well.
