I blocked google, YouTube and Facebook on my computer. It seems to have helped. I even blocked nofap in the morning so I stick to doing work, without it I wander off to other sites and slowly stumble onto provocative ads. I only blocked NoFap to 10 am yet everything else is blocked all day because I work in the morning. I seem to feel happier without the distractions, my blocker has no password yet keeps me from impulsively searching, there is something nice about restricting the internet. My mail is blocked from 12 AM- 4 PM, You Tube is blocked from 12 AM - 11:59 PM, and Facebook is blocked from 12 AM - 11:59 PM . I learned to not underestimate triggers, even small triggers like ads with woman holding soda cans drain my will power(The ridiculously good looking model who wouldn't drink the soda). This is just an idea to simplify life. I'm acknowledging I have almost zero control against my browser without my internet shield. The websites that aren't the worst can hurt the most because there is no perceived damage. This is not for the weak of heart but I recommend it. I wonder if I am wrong about small triggers like ads yet my intuition says otherwise.

I blocked YouTube from my computer permanently today and although it's early days I feel a great sense of relief because it was something I used as a P sub for many years. FB and all social media has been blocked for years and I don't miss it.

I just see both as time wasters and wasting time (for me) relates directly to PMO and I don't want anything pertaining to that in my life anymore.
