    Hello

So it has been a month since I stopped PMO.
(I know my counter doesnt say so, I have been on mobile phone ever since and did not bother changing the counter)

Since day 1 it has been fairly easy for me to avoid falling into bad habits.
Boredom, browsing useless stuff, dithering between a video game or a 4h fap session, throwing a dice if it is impair I fap.

Instead I am in another environment, working instead of being unemployed.
Living in a hostel, soon my apartment.
Being busy, even if it means just walking.
I have walked over 200km in a month to discover this new town I live in.

    What alarms me is:
I had not had real libido in years.
I was fapping out of habit, mad, angry, over losing a few games in a row, over throwing a dice, boredom.
I was not having huge urge "oh my god i must do it!!!"
And this month has been very easy for me so far.
Not the first 2 weeks because I was edging over model pictures, just to spend some time. So I resetted my counter.
I watch girls in the public transport, I am attracted by them, but no physical reaction.
I have constant erections at night.
I had my first wet dream in 12 years 3 nights ago. I was able to get a almost complete erection twice after that just with my imagination, nothing crazy.

    So...
I am kind of alarmed to feel this is easy for me because I feel like I am different, no urge, no libido.

Everyone is cheering after their first 30 days.
    And I am like, meh...

Getting a complete an almost complete erection with just your imagination is quite hard! But anyways 30 days is an awesome mark, but you probably need some more time to see bigger results.
