Why nofap is hard

Guys yesterday I broke a personal record of making it to day 18 and i remembered when I was on day 4 i had these terrible headaches, mood swings, insomnia, massive urges, and i was like, maybe if I'm at day 20 everything would be easier, and yes every thing is, but i still get urges and all those things, but that is the good thing about it, nofap is not suppose to be easy, because if only one pushup could make you look like Arnold Schwarzenegger in his prime, wouldn't we all look like him?, if you can only give two steps to be on everest, won't we all made it to the top,, so guys don't seek that easy road of recovery because it doesn't exist, the road of nofap should be hard, because if you are on day 90 PMO free, it means you are one tough badass son of a bitch that went through all those withdrawals and knocked every obstacle down in your way, don't give up guys, fight, FIGHT
