WHY YOU FEEL DRAINED FROM MO'ing

    For a long time I noticed that after PMO'ing I had social anxiety, anxiety, brain fog, etc, (I notice that a lot of fapstronauts complain about this.) And the reason for this was because sperm contains nutrients and ejaculation releases those nutrients. ONE OF THOSE NUTRIENTS IS FAT! Fat is the main nutrient found in sperm. I once noticed that after eating a hamburger at a restaurant that the next day I felt energized and rejuvenated! My social anxiety that I got from ejaculating all the time from PMO disappeared! This is because this hamburger had a healthy amount of fat in it. I tried this again, after MO'ing a few times and feeling weak, i mixed a tablespoon of butter with a cup of milk and some chocolate protein powder and I felt all my mental blockages from MO'ing disappear. This helped a lot. My mood, focus, social communication all improved. Now, remember that there are healthy fats and unhealthy fats. Be sure to moderate it and not over do it. Anyways, thanks for reading! note: iam no doctor but this is just what has worked for me. And I suggest that if you feel any of these symptoms please try to include some fats in your food and tell me how you feel! :)

  2. I'm sure you have good intentions but I think it's possible that, in the midst of trying to help others, you're missing a huge truth right in front of you. Meat and dairy products are known to be hugely stimulating. This has long been written about in texts related to various branches of medicine. You posted here yesterday about a "HUGE URGE" and I'd personally bet money on that having been caused or made more severe by your diet (provided you're not consuming suggestive content as part of your lifestyle).

    You're probably right, I was told by a fellow veteran fapstronaut, who told me the one thing that really helped was going Vegan. He said that his addiction basically disappeared after that. But, I think that meat is still essential when it comes to bodybuilding and staying fit which is what I'm currently trying to do. Also, going vegan is hard because it can be a bit expensive. Have you tried cutting down on meat or dairy?
     
  4. I've personally not eaten any dairy in years as it's full of hormones, antibiotics and analog prostaglandins. I eat meat but only that which is organic. If I ever went vegan or vegetarian, I would do it in a way counter to most Americans who go this route; I wouldn't even touch "meat replacements," soy products and the like.
