I don't really know how I feel, yesterday I had an anxiety attack that lasted more than 2 hours, *I felt my head very heavy was very irritable, *I was finding really hard to spell in my own language ( not english if you haven't noticed) *I just wanted to stop the pain. *I had to yell just to focus in something else, I think when you have to yell is 'cause you don't really have any cope mechanisim left to try. *For more than 7 months , the pain was so, that I had suicidal thoughts. Anyway today is a better day for me but still feeling bad but I don't know how exactly. Do you have any activities that proved to be true on yourself that you would share with me?
I have devolved pretty bad panic attacks. I am seeing a naturopath and will let you know how it goes. I am getting an IV thursday
