Will I recover on this path?

I only recently realized that my porn addiction was the source of my ED (I had thought it was a sign of heart disease as I am 42). So I gave up porn 3 weeks ago and have not once masturbated to porn since. I now have a much stronger desire for sex though and I have FWB situation and she wants to have sex at least once a week. Also there is this really cute young girl who sends me erotic pictures and I did masturbate to that fantasy.

I have been having sex but using the blue pill to deal with the ED. Today I had met the girl I seek weekly and for the first time in years had sex without a blue pill. There were times I got soft but with her help I could get hard again - it's actually quite an accomplisment. I'd like to get to the point I can have sex without using the blue pill and maintain a strong erection.

I deleted all my porn and am giving it up, the question I have is what else do I need to be careful about - could use some advice on how I can make sure I do recover from this.
