    Hello, I'm new here to noFap ,
    I'm 21 years old.
    I've been an addict for almost 7 years , since I was 14 .
    I didn't know that it's an addiction , I tried to stop it many times but I couldn't .
    it has a real terrible effect in my life and it's a great sin in my religion.
    so I'm willing to read and seek more knowledge about it and how to give up doing it for ever.
    and I hope to find new friends in here to encourage each other to stop it
    I'm PMOing btw.
