Hi people, been 5 days now into my latest streak, it's the longest I've been for many months. I am travelling to another city tomorrow for 3-4 days because I've applied to be a pilot in the Air Force, and been waiting nearly 2 years for this moment. Bit nervous, but knowing you guys are thinking about me will help, I've been practising my numeracy skills and started doing the Stronglifts 5x5 program a while back. Had cold showers every morning for a week now! I took a girl out on Thurs to see a movie, first date I've had since the last girl I dated chewed me up and spat me out. Went really well, hope to see her again. Hope you guys will think of me over the next week, and I wish EVERY ONE of you the best in breaking free from this addiction. Bye!!
