Go to the side bar on r/nofap and on yourbrainonporn.com. They have millions of help advices there. The basic and the best thing to do is to just go through the withdrawals without giving up. Do whatever you have to do like cut internet off for few days or go in a jungle or something. If you can survive these few tough days, you can go as far as you want to.

Yes withdrawal is the worst! For me the withdrawal symptoms made me relapse most of the time. The thing is that you don't want to do anything you dont want to see anyone and you just feel shit but the best thing to do in this situation is to actually go outside, take cold showers, being with people, excercise etc. The worst thing to do is to be inside your mind for too long. We have to just ride out this crazy rollercoaster and times will get better. You can experience withdrawal symptoms up to two years (most likely not the full two years and not as heavy as the first weeks/months). Good luck on your Journey and stay strong!

I believe many of us have gone through this. In fact I believe I went through something similar today. It was not as major as you described, but it was enough to get the dopamine simmering. I got up and out of the house, which means I got out of my head. I think I'm at the 10 day mark and I'm well aware as my days grow, so does my brain's efforts increase at getting me to relapse. I'm currently taking the 21 day challenge, but I think I'm going to remove myself from the challenge once I hit 14 days. As weird as this sounds, posting to nofap becomes a trigger for me as I reach different milestones. The pressure become too great and I begin to focus on what day I'm on and not the goals I'm accomplishing. But hang in there. Withdrawals are normal, but can be mitigated by getting outside of your mind and finding something interesting today with someone. Good Luck

Never realized what an addiction this really is. Day 4 as a member here and day 4 w/o PMO as well, and I've been an emotional train wreck (especially at days 2 & 3). I feel like I'm starting to bounce back from this first withdrawal low now. One day, one minute, one second at a time. Not looking back to support an industry that could give two shits about me & the troubles it's caused me. I got this!

I had terrible headaches after 16 days of no pmo while feeling so tired and unfortunately I relapsed. My body was adapting to new circumstances but I stumbled.this happened about 5 days ago and I regret what I did so much!
Don't let this happen to you.you feel a lot better soon.Stay strong and fight your way to recovery! whatever symptoms you have just show you that you're on right track and the process of healing has already started.good luck.
