I just recently started PM and I already feel like I'm going to die. I have short breaths and I have a churning feeling in my stomach. Can anyone give me advise on how to go through this, maybe by giving a personal example. Thanks
Did you mean you started abstaining from PM? What you described is pretty common. I felt sick to my stomach as well, along with agitation, and often times a strong feeling of torpor. You really just got to muscle through it. Being with friend and good company is a great way to help get through it and for support. For me, it takes about a week to get past it. For others it's more though. As time goes on, you'll notice greater and greater benefits from abstaining, such as greater productivity and greater clarity of thought that go beyond what we think of as the acute withdrawal symptoms. I try to remember what it feels like as a reason not to engage in it again.
