The withdrawals which I hear about, sound so ridiculously scary. Some of them of I've experienced when I've tried to break free.

I've heard a lot of people have to go through hell, and knowing what I'm like I'm sure I will have to as well. All the success stories I've heard about, they all appear to come from decent backgrounds, decent childhoods etc, this can't apply to everyone.

Very likely I'll be starting a new job, it took me a long time to get a job worth getting, I worry that I might have a crazy moment and that'll be it, they'll sack me. I haven't shared with most of the real world, in all fairness most of the world do not have a clue about how addictive and dangerous porn is.

This is to anyone who had to deal terrible withdrawals and how to equip yourself and to deal with it. This will be my sticking point, if I feel it's too much to go through hell without going mad, I really will probably cave in, most likely with MOing. I see this as trying to future-proof my recovery. Similar to setting up a filter what can't be bypassed.

    Thanks for replying fellow fapstraunoughts

Getting a Job will be the best thing that ever happened to you during this journey.

I got a Job into week 2 and it's not only kept me occupied, its made me more confident around people and the satisfaction I get out of it is way better than PMO or MO. It's still tough though but it gives you a more positive vibe and self belief that you can do it. Just keep away from negative people in the work place if you can.
