Woke up from a sexual dream

So I woke up today in poor quality, I woke up around 3 am and couldnt sleep longer because I had a wet dream that was so powerful that it woke me up in that hour of the night with a crazy erection that didnt go away for like an hour.
It was probably my brain's tricks to make me relapse, but I didn't.
Is it a sign of recovery?
Did this happen to anyone else here?
