Major depressive episode: only if u have the disorder will u experience this hell. Worries hit u uncontrollably and u feel like u might lose ur mind Mild depressive epidose: u need major also for this.. Worries hit u spontaneously but are more controlled. Zombie: no emotion, no happiness, anger, sadness, thoughts, interest ect. Mild depression: lack of motivation, energy, happiness.. it is all the symptoms of a mild depressive episode except an episode is more of a problem and is partially characterized by the worry that u might lose ur mind. I think a lot of u are in this category.. Day 100 and yesterday I had a mild depressive episode and it sucked. I Need to know that some people are flatlining with these episodes and I'm not alone.. Unless Uve been diagnosed, please don't assume that u get episodes or define ur flatline as an episode, I need accuracy
