I was at the nightclub with a buddy of mine the other day and I saw a really beautiful girl. I turned and asked my friend in a semi joking way, "what do I have to do to get a gf like that?" He replied with a simple, "your time will come"....Dont stress over it. This answer resonated with me more than it was intended to.

Sometimes I feel like we put too much pressure on ourselves with women. We go out chasing girls, and we feel inadequate if we strike out. Some of us fear approaching them in the first place... However, I think if you work on yourself as a person, as a man. Developing your character, putting effort into bettering yourself, finding your passion and pursuing it. That is when "your time" comes. That's why we're all here at the end of the day. PMO holds us back. Our time wont come by being caught up in this rut of objectifying women, with our hands on our genitals, seeking instant gratification with a single urge, attempting to numb the feelings were scared to confront head on through the aid of an LCD screen.

Overcoming this is the first step to becoming the best versions of ourselves. Everyone is capable of doing great things, it's some form of resistance that holds most people back. We are fortunate to have found the resistant cause of our effects (or lack thereof).

Going on 2 years of worth of attempts, right now I'm at 7 days no PMO - I feel great. I know it's only going to get better as I sustain my efforts. I must stay humble and focused though. Everyday isn't going to be easy, there will be tough days. But they key is too push through on those difficult days. That's what separates the platinum from the bronze. I can see glimpses of the man who I will become, and I prefer that version of myself. That is what I'm striving for... It takes hard work, effort, persistence, and dedication. But it's worth it. I know this for a fact... It won't happen overnight, but the time will come inevitably. We can control the desired outcomes we wish to encounter.

Cheat code: If you start now, your time will come sooner.
