YouTube and TV during Reboot

Is it okay to still watch YouTube videos and TV during Rebooting? My plan was to close my eyes and turn away if I see something accidentally or to completely close the video. Triggers are everywhere and I'm afraid that I might see an attractive woman wearing revealing clothes. There are times when I will browse for Motivational and Educational videos on YouTube. But I sometimes browse on the internet for Comedy and Entertaining videos, so it is hard for me to remove YouTube & TV from my life. I'm worried if I will have the self control to refrain myself from watching videos with potential triggers, but sometimes I have no idea if a video is safe to watch. Any advice would be helpful.

Avoid these at least until you will bear them easily - i am nnot in that stage yet - so i dont avoid myself bigger tempting that is needed.

I watch youtube a lot - but usually any audiobooks or ted talks. ANd dotn tell me you dont know what video is going to have any triggers in it... watch documentaries, I saw recently about penguins, it was so much fun :)

Always look at the bright side!

The answer is easy but only you can answer. If its a trigger than the answer is no. If its not a trigger than yes go for it.

Thanks for the advice. The reason why I said I don't know what videos is going to have triggers is because usually every video on YouTube has a woman depicted in a way that is arousing. Even some documentaries & educational videos have women shown in a way that might cause dopamine boosts. Of course there is nothing to worry regarding Animal documentaries, but I'm not interested in them.

You can learn a lot from these documentaries - for instance you can easily learn that animals never give up anything!

Anyway, I understand that girls are everywhere - you can either figth it as hell everytime you see it or you can avoid it for some time until you get better. You always have a choice.

But dont worry nothing is exactly as it seems.. it ll get better ;)
