If your operating system is Android then Comvigo browser is a very good choice as it blocks all porn and closes all other browsers on the phone but it's only free for the first 30 days then you have to pay for it or uninstall it.If you don't want to pay ,I recommend you use it for those 30 days then look for an alternative(which I haven't found until now).Good Luck with your recovery!
What I do for iPhone is install k9 app it works really good and blocks YouTube, dating sites, and other media sites. I wish it was more adjustable like the k9 for pc but overall it's good. Also I have to restrict the iPhone by removing safari and not allowing downloading new apps because I could download other browsers and watch p. I keep the password in my work locker and when I need to install a app or do updates I do it at work and it helps me alot.
