    Brothers, I have taken it upon myself to eradicate myself of this shameful and dishonourable behaviour that I regretfully engage in on a daily basis. Through awareness raised about Nofap Novemeber I have only now realised that there are others who suffer like me and I think it's wonderful that a community has been made to come together and support eachother. I just started my new beginning, and am only on my third day but I have faith to trust in the process.
