First day complete

 

Day 6/14. I just want to fap myself but NO! Stay strong! I feel good, going to home gym and working on me. I am just worry what will be after these 14 days...

 

7/14 -- 50% complete. feeling calm & confident today. massive support to all. Posting & reading this forum is helping a lot.

 

Chose M last night, rebooting in the 7 day challenge.

I woke up with a fall... Does it count that I have missed this challenge or can I continue?

Relapsed again, but at least no use of P. I have to change some things up or this will keep happening.
