Day one starts now! I have been trying to complete 90 days for years now. I/we are going to make this work!!!!

I m on day 47.

 

Day one completed as of 8 am this morning, also rejoined the effort to reclaim my life yesterday. I must win. I must quit. Thank you all.

Day 8 - yesterday was more difficult. I had time to myself and nothing good to do. So I left my house and hung out at a Starbucks. 3 hours worth, but the streak is alive... Onto day 9

 

Day 3 hard mode going into 4. Trying to stay in moment and challenge the old thought tapes and self loathing. What a hideous addiction.

I started yesterday ...I've restrained myself from PMO for a day ...should I count it as day 1 or 0
