Day 3/7

Started to get a tiny bit of confidence, I might want to start work-out plan..

 

3/7 maintaining ....really since i been no pmo i been in alot of social interactions so its kinda eazy 2 do nofap

After some stupid edging, back on track.

 

2 of 7, it is hard for me now, i don't want to do this again but i don't know whether i achieve or not..

 

I need to restart with a small challenge after a big relapse.

I'm in.

Day 4 definitely having urges but going to make it to day 7!

 

I'm just gonna start small because apparently I am struggling with even 3 days... Here we go to 1 week

Blew it. Recommitting to 7 days starting again tomorrow. Feeling pretty depressed right now, that always comes after. Will have panic attacks later tonight and be angry all day tomorrow. Not that I've done this before...
