This is my second day of NoFap and Day 1 of the 7-Day Challenge. It's also Christmas Day. Nice gift huh? Feeling fine. No anxiety. Still some nervousness and excitement. Can't wait for those things to turn into calmness and confidence.
Day 3/7 feeling good, but today a little sick with headache. In November, the days marked with an "x" are the days that I fail, but then before December I decided to mark the days with numbers and letters, how much days I resist, the days that I loss control and watch PMO, are the days marked as "FU" and the "FNP" were the days that I just masturbate without watching anything and trying not to imagine things.
