6/30 I was studing yesterday in the morning and afternoons (preparing for exams). In the evenings watched soccer and went to bed ( I was tired)
Day 19 underway. Huge milestone for me, as 18 was the maximum number of days I was able to get to in my best streak in November- early December. I feel IMMENSE Cravings right now, a porn dream, but I didn't make the bed dirty luckily for me. Got plenty of sport related activities to get me through this for the next few days. I got this
I haven't done this myself yet, but when those urges come try to mediate. Take a little time out, close your eyes and just feel the urge in side you and be present with it and your self. It does go away you just have to see it out.
Things that I have noticed happen when you start this nofap journey You do have more time and more enthusiasm to sort the crap out in your life you would otherwise just procrastinate on. Procrastination is a disease in it's self. But SO hard to break. I still procrastinate. But with NOFAP you have energy and a fire to sort crap out, so I find I suddenly deal with 3-4 things in one hit. Another thing I am noticing, is all those books I bought but didn't read I now have time for! Rather than spending hours before bed, fapping I can now go to bed and read! For those that keep stopping and starting this nofap and falling off the wagon. It happens to us all! A skill you need to appreciate is how not to let it affect you too much and just get back on the wagon. You can tell from this post on day three I am starting to feel good. But from prior experience days 4,6,8 tend to be difficult. NOFAP is a life style choice people. And really it's a damn healthy one. FAR healthier than PMO. You're be more likely to be successful at this if you do make further changes in your life. An easy one is exercise. They say that exercise releases endorphins and makes you feel good. If you've never stepped foot in a gym before, I would suggest starting off with some thing easy and therapeutic to give you a taste. Do 3 months of swimming as a start. And maybe you might think I am now ready to transition to weights depending on your goals. Your more likely to stay off the PMO if you make changes to other parts of your life. It's all about at least trying to build the life and person you want to be. These things don't happen over night.
