Okay I'm in. March 28th here we go.

Don't give up we have all relasped one time or another. You can do it man.

 

Day 1.
I'm so ready to be free from the shame I've been carrying since I was a kid. I've never had a support system with my PMO, but I need it.

 

Day 2 done. Some urges today but nothing I can't handle.

 

Just finished 7 Day challenge now starting the 14 day!

day 7 is going on.. mood is changing .. suddenly feel sad .. finding other social activities to keep myself busy ..

Day 14 Completed Finally !!!

I was trying to do the challenge of 14-Days NoFap streak, but I was not successful since last 2 tries. Now I'm feeling very happy about this achievement.

I notice a thing that I had vast amount of urges today, But I knew that it's just horrible and P is not the option. I was able to stay away from PMO just by thinking that it's not a way to get ahead in life.
