Today I will not use porn bc I want to make it to 90 days

 

Because I'm RationalBrody, and RationalBrody just doesn't watch porn. Period.

 

Today i will not pmo because yesterday i almost relapsed. The urge felt so strong but i kept saying i have a choice and hopped in the ice cold shower. It helped and felt great afterward.
