Yesterday I had the craziest most extreme urges I can ever recall having and they didn't fully go away until I fell asleep. There were a couple of time where I thought I was gonna relapse but then I just waited a few minutes and they subsided slightly. I now feel very grateful and strong to have gotten through that. I won't fail! Day 10.
Day 66/365 Today I went to Jinbōchō, Tokyo, the one of the biggest old-book stores city in Japan (or world). And I bought "Old Testament (Hebrew and English)," "紅樓夢 上, 中, 下" ("Dream of the Red Chamber"), and some of art and mathematics books. I'm feeling tired from walking so much, but it is a good feeling because I learnt firsthand how good walking for us!

I wish videos like this were posted on Nofap about a year ago. Sorry to say there was a woman who apparently gave up on Nofap because immature posters basically convinced her that the benefits were due to testosterone and only for guys!
Cold showers might be more of an "aquired taste" for some. I have gotten to the point where now I only use fully cold water and don't intend on "going warm" ever again! Yes, that video is very thought-provoking, thank you for posting it!
I was just took a look at some pictures of Jinbōchō, Tokyo - my reaction was, "Wow!" Actually, that's not exactly true. Sorry. My reaction actually was more like: "WWWwwwaaaaaaaauuuwwwoooooooooooooooooohhhwwwww!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I'm not sure if I spelled it right, though. Hmmmm...spell checker is not working.... LOL You have good taste in books!
