13 days.

 

Day1: Really hectic day at work. Was tempted to relapse. But i forced myself to go out and meet some people instead.

 

Day 58/365

 

15th day begins.

 

Day 5

 

Day 9/365. Sick af. Took the world to come on here and log the day. Keep buggering on.

 

Day 6 finished

 

Had more pretty strong urges yesterday but I got through it. I can for sure say that these last few days have been the hardest part of the journey but I'm so happy that I'm pushing through it. Before I would probably have relapsed by now.

Day 11.

 

That is true. It is an acquired taste. I am on day 3 of the cold showers and I want to go back to warm or hot showers already. I wonder why I am "punishing" myself

 

Day 30- 30 days completed. Unbelievable! Well I should believe it now. Never in a million years did I think I would make it this far. Tears in my eyes right now. With God on my side, I will be porn free. Now to accomplish the next milestone 45 days nofap!

In Japan, many schools start tomorrow 4/6, so the most of students are depressed today. I'm feeling a little morbid too
