Guys I'm on day 3,but I think I need to concentrate on the 90 day challenge before this one,so I am out.Good luck to you all.
Reached Day 11/365, now it's back to Day 0/365. In order to make the most out of the day anyway I went for a run and took a cold shower immediately afterwards.
I will also leave this challenge for a while. Gonna start over with the 7-day challenge. See yall and good luck!
day 76. Have the house to myself tonight, any encouragement would be appreciated. Going to work on my business and do some calisthenics until I'm tired.
98/365, 132 days without PMO in total. 2 pieces of advide I would like to share with those who might need it: 1) Not PMO ing gets a lot easier once you have a strong streak. That is why it is so important to persevere in the beginning! The reward will come before long, and the struggles gets a lot less. 2) If you relapse once, it is sooo much harder to not PMO in the future; even if you had a good streak going before it is very hard to make it back the same level you had before replapsing. (I have experienced that a few times in my life, I learned it the hard way) So you should really really be serious about your first attempt. It's your best shot. I hope youll all have a good upcoming week. I hope ill see all of you in a week
Day 70/365 I think that I have already succeeded in quitting some bad habits: I stopped PMO, caffeine, biting my snails when I feel strong stress, not going out, knuckle cracking, tsk-tsking, and so on. Then, I'm thinking there're some bad habits that can still be stopped: Staying up late, playing games (however, sometimes, some games can connect to focusing on studying or relaxing), listening to some loud music, and using SNS. I'll stop these little by little
