    Hi, everyone.
I just realised how badly I'm addicted to porn. I really want to get out of this. I spend most of my time alone which makes it really hard to control myself from wanting to fap. Today is my day 0.
For the ones who have completed this 7 day challenge, do you still get the urge to fap?
    Thanks in advance

    Starting day 7.

(Reminder to myself that looking at non-P images to be aroused is stupid and a good way to exacerbate unwanted urges...)

Being alone makes it difficult for me to not PMO. Getting a job and sticking to a routine is helpful. For me, I can recognize points in my routine when I'm more likely to get urges. Being aware of that is part of the battle. The longest I've gone without PMO is 6 months (a long time ago), and eventually the urges happen a lot less frequently, but they never stopped completely. The urge itself is not always a bad thing; it means you're a healthy human being. Letting the urges run your life is what's damaging to our lives. Teach your body that your spirit/soul (or mind, whatever you feel more ready to accept) is in control of your body--not the body that controls you.

    Peace. Don't give up.
