I am grateful for
1. The chance to get right with my God
2. seeing that I don't need PM to live my life
3. Making my self be accountable for my actions

 

I am grateful for the food I had today

I am grateful for the success I have had today

I am grateful for YouTube

 

I am grateful for following things today:

1. For having awesome and supportive friends here. I really value it.
2. For conquering another day.
3. For not even thinking of PMO despite having the worst day I had for years.
4. For having a - somewhat - productive day, especially if we consider the circumstances.
5. For believing in absolute victory.

 

Dancing is great! What sort? Anything in particular or a mixture of different types of dance?

 

I’m grateful that I had time with my family yesterday.

I am grateful my knee is starting to heal after my race.

I am grateful for visiting my mother and brother, it was great
I am grateful for having a job, it's not perfect but i'm lucky
I am grateful for being healthy and to have 2 healthy children, it's the biggest treasure

 

I am grateful for one of the most productive days yesterday.
I am grateful for seeing improvements in my mindset that has come about through meditation.
I am grateful for the argument that has come about between me and my new partner.
I am grateful for getting a good nights sleep.

1. last night's sleep
2. making myself get up at 5:30
3. time alone in the morning to think

 

Salsa Casino, this style if from Cuba. It's like normal salsa but it's dance in group in a circle. I like it so much.

 

I'm greatful becasue I could confront someone dangerous yesterday and didn't avoid any of his arguments.

I am thankful for regaining my health after a recent surgery.
I am grateful that my mom is living and healthy and was able to visit for Mother's Day weekend.
I am thankful that I've been PMO free for a long time.
I am grateful for my longtime childhood friend.
I am thankful for the talents I've been given.
I am grateful for my beautiful home and lovely neighbors.
I am thankful that I am afforded time in my day to recognize and record my gratitude.
