I can't beat myself up about this it's my own fault. I have to learn from this setback. The good news is that I passed my first stripe test today; I noticed that I felt weaker though.

 

Relapsed but wont give up...day 0

Relapsed 3 days ago. Was Alone in room. Now feeling very bad as i have to start from zero again after successful 25 days.
I should try to avoid such situations.

Day 0 stayed up too late got bored and relapsed but had a better run this time so no worries I will try to do better this time around I hope the very best for everyone just keep trying until you get it I will do the same
