Day 23. Porn is like a drug. I hear people tell me that they look at it all the time. Maybe it affects people differently. Because it took over my life to the point where I looked at it 24/7. But now that I have been using the 90 day challenge, it seems like I have had so much time for other things.
My record is 55 days... Still some to go but I will make it all the way to 90 and beyond this time. P and M are no longer a part of my life!
Day 15/90. I've recently had to end a conversation with someone on these forums, because despite talking with them since March, they just seemed unable to take the step. I'm happy to help someone, but they have to do the work. I can't reboot for someone else.
Awesome bro it's great you have a goal for p, but don't you think m without real restrictions won't help the organ heal properly?
Good stuff staying committed, if 90 is quite a challenge, you could consider like 5 or 10 day for a start, for me I found that to be helpful..
Day 38/90 about to go for a meeting with my mentor. Tis been a good day, it's hard to put my phone down though, I need to learn to stay off technology and get more into books.
